The on-going digitalization shortens product lifecycles:  companies need to react faster to changing market conditions. Project-based work does therefore gain more and more importance and digital skills are generally in high demand. Most companies depend on recruitment agencies and sometimes consulting firms to find and hire the needed expertise.

Today's leading recruitment and staffing agencies use old-fashioned methods for finding and recruiting talent. This results in unnecessarily high costs for their clients and often limited project success due to bad 'matching' between project requirements and capabilities/interests of a candidate.
